My guitars have a lifetime guarantee to be free from material defects or construction error(i.e. cracks in wood, broken truss rods, defective glue joints, etc. will all be taken care of(fixed or replaced) free of charge.
Tuners are a lifetime guaranteed with Grover or D'Addario(Planet Waves) themselves and I'm happy to facilitate a replacement should any ever give out or be defective. Pots and pickups I guarantee for 5 years from purchase.
I pack well, clean and restring the guitar prior to boxing. and ship in guitar shipping boxes and use firm sheet foam for fill(no peanuts),
I glue the box seams as well as tape to ensure secure delivery. Feel free to name your string gauges and I'll set up accordingly.
